Samsung is pushing boundaries. They give the best hardware, retention, ram, processor, brandish, and cameras, in their phones. Their televisions are in 5 of my rooms. They are simple to operate and have had no issues. Watches and tech gadgets I've non had any issues but really don't mess with it a lot. Have bought Samsung for 30 plus yrs and will go along. I had a washer and dryer and any issues the warranty bug were taken intendance of at my dwelling with no inconvenience to myself.

The quality of my 55 inch Television receiver screen is excellent. It is a smart TV and works as advertised. I exercise have some bug. It is supposed to accept a microphone that responds when request information technology to go to a specific channel. This has never worked properly and I had to disable it. The audio quality should be better. I will demand to get a sound bar to improve the state of affairs.

I have a 70 incentive flat screen Television receiver. I have had information technology for over 5 years and it's not hooked upward to cable and I must say it has the all-time moving-picture show I have e'er seen and it is hooked upwardly on a outside antenna and the film is perfect and I get most 35 channels and I am happy. I don't have a 200.00 dollar cable bill and haven't had one for four years now. It'south dainty not being a slave to cablevision. AMEN

I purchased my Samsung Smart Telly in Jan. 2020. It has brilliant color and clarity. The extra channels are appreciated as well. Connectivity is simple, online instructions clear and remote is easy to learn. When I had a problem, I went to the help screen on the Tv set, notified Samsung and received a call within 20 minutes. The technician was able to rectify my trouble in a couple of minutes and I've had no issues since. My adjacent TV will also be a Samsung.

I have the Samsung 65 inch curved screen. 240 motion rate. Sports like hockey and basketball are fantastic to watch. The 4K feature really is nice, but not broadcast that often. The speaker system is a surround sound, which performs very well, and I don't know how they make some noises audio like they are coming from the other side of the room? I've had this for 4 years now and have had no problems with it, knock on wood. It has Wi-Fi and can be easy to gear up if you know your passwords to your cable and internet provider. Overall I am very satisfied with my buy and would purchase another 1.

Whatsoever you do, don't lose your phone/change your number if you lot use for authentication. They will non help you solve this! There must be a way to reconnect. I utilise a different provider at present, and a unlike phone. The back up desk asked me for the serial number of a phone I have not had for 5 years!

The device is a 55 inch smart Television set purchased about 2 years ago along with a Samsung soundbar. Picture is very skilful. Audio tone is not really very practiced equally information technology is hard to carve up the voice from background sounds on movies and Goggle box programs. Also, the audio and video are out of sync on live streaming programs; that is, the motion of the lips doesn't match the words yous hear, and that is very annoying.
We recently changed net service providers and now the TV thinks nosotros have moved to the eastern fourth dimension zone. So, our Hulu TV guide is off by ane hour. Samsung support tried but could not fix this and there is no selection for the time zone to be manually corrected. I can correct the time but non the fourth dimension zone and that seems similar a software design defect. They offered to ship out a technician at our expense, just I declined. I think I'll apply that money to buy a different brand Of Goggle box. My endmost comment with the phone support person was that I accept accepted responsibility for the problem, that is to say, I should not accept purchased a Samsung product.

Nosotros bought a make new Curved Samsung Tv merely iv years ago for a considerable toll. Recently the lights of the screen just stopped working, out of the bluish, we are merely able to see the middle panel of the Tv. After finally getting through to the local Samsung Customer Service representative, they estimated the cost for my repairs to the equivalent of $600! because the warranty is only for 1 year. This defect was not supposed to happen after such a brusk period of Telly life, we have had cheaper TVs with a longer life span. I don't see why I take to pay that much for a trouble that was not supposed to be there in the commencement place. Samsung said they are very sorry and understand my anger simply there is no other mode than to pay that amount. Now I take a large slice of garbage in my living room, considering I refuse to pay that huge amount of which I am non convinced. The lights can be changed for a much cheaper price, this is a rip-off!!!

TV sound doesn't match lips. TV freezes and has to exist turned off or turns itself off. Freezes for several seconds so starts back up. Discovery + and Hulu had to be reactivated for no known reason - when I contacted customer service the kickoff 6 people had no idea - finally the 7th helped. TV always starts with some low quality shows. HORRIBLE TV - DO NOT WASTE YOUR Coin - I paid $700 for this one.

I had a Samsung 65 TV that I bought 5 years ago. All the same I noticed the Television set was acting funny with no audio, and TV plus was acting up and my remote was not working. I unplugged it and waited and the same affair. I called Customer Service and they repeated themselves. Information technology is out warranty and need to take a authorized repair middle. I even asked for a supervisor and got hung upwards on. I talked to some people on my NEXT DOOR app and stating information technology probably going to be the motherboard which would run about 300-400 and service call. It would be nearly cheaper to buy a new Tv set. I put my info in to see which authorized middle would be but customers service even stated that no one in my expanse except this company. My investigation revealed this address goes to a storage place and the phone number goes dorsum to Florida. So a visitor has a storage place accost? I traced back the phone and going dorsum to a Lakes Electronics in Pompano Embankment Fl. They have been calling me. After 3 times did not respond information technology was cancelled. I would not trust this place when non a legit address and Florida number. I even lookup the complaints the company has a F rating Lakes Electronics. I would not trust anyone that uses a storage identify to come in my house.
I similar to know how is Samsung vetting this repair center unless they are getting some kind of kickback?? And so I did purchase a 65 LG TV on auction at Best Buy with the five yr extended warranty past Geek Squad. I am hoping this will terminal. This was my first TV that ever broke on me and never had it happened till now. All the TVS I had lasted about 10 years or then. I thought Samsung was good but from the other people response that the Samsung suck. I do have a sound bar that was bought at the same fourth dimension it has lasted (Knock on wood). I estimate I am done with Samsung.
